Magnesium Mist is a fine body spray that provides magnesium ions topically, through your skin. Our Magnesium Mist also provides aromatherapy, with therapeutic grade essential oils for added benefits, bottled in violet glass to keep it's integrity throughout. Magnesium is an essential mineral that we need for our bodies to function, but we do not produce it. Magnesium Mist helps to add magnesium topically, which bypasses the liver, and can be used up to twice daily. Spray it on sore muscles after a work out, or use it under arms as a natural deodorant. Used morning and evening, the emotional regulation benefits include easing tension, regulating body functions (like lowering cortisol from stress), relaxing muscles, and aid in sleep. We level up this amazing mist by adding lavender and clary sage for added peace & relaxation.
